About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Retrospectives) tailored for complex C++ development.
- Develop and execute comprehensive program plans, including dependency mapping and risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive release discipline and ensure predictable delivery of mission-critical systems.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor program progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to maintain momentum.
- Champion best practices in software development lifecycle management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, with a focus on C++ development.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in engineering environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple dependencies.
- Experience with release management and ensuring predictable delivery cycles.
