Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to optimize development processes.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Track program progress, report on key metrics, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
