About the Role:

As a Technical Program Manager within our Product Engineering department, you will orchestrate cross-functional initiatives while ensuring teams have the resources, guidance, and clear project plans needed to deliver high-quality software. You'll bridge technical and business stakeholders, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement across our product and engineering organization. Program Management is a new and growing function at Veracross and you will have the opportunity to help iterate and improve upon existing processes. This role will be embedded within Veracross ' FinTech portfolio teams, assisting with their overall project management and communication with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working cross-functionally across multiple teams and is able to seamlessly manage multiple key initiatives simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage key initiatives and programs for the Fintech teams
• Facilitate agile ceremonies including daily meetings, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
• Assist in optimizing and improving existing program management processes, methodologies
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation for multiple projects simultaneously
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving mitigation strategies and resolution
• Manage stakeholder expectations through effective, proactive communication and transparent reporting
• Track and communicate program status, health, metrics, and milestones to leadership
• Coordinate quarterly and annual capacity planning across Fintech engineering teams to optimize resource allocation
• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives and best practices alongside product and engineering management
