Product Manager
Seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee complex software development projects. This role requires strong leadership, agile expertise, and the ability to drive projects from inception to delivery across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication, resolving impediments and driving progress.
- Implement and refine agile methodologies to optimize development processes and team performance.
- Monitor project risks and issues, developing and executing mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
