Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
- Oversee the software development lifecycle, from planning and design to deployment and post-launch support.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
- Drive adoption of Agile methodologies and best practices within program execution.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular program status updates.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the software development lifecycle.
- Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
