About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of factory launch projects, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and implement robust project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to maintain project momentum.
- Drive process improvements and best practices within factory operations and program management methodologies.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, and potential issues to stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program or project management, with a focus on hardware or manufacturing environments.
- Strong understanding of factory operations, supply chain, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with robotics or automation projects is highly desirable.
