- Support engineering and product teams in business analysis and program coordination.
- Manage and nurture the ecosystem of external technical partners and integrators.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Drive program execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with technical partnerships and integrations.
- Contribute to the strategic development of EverPass's technical partner program.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business analysis and program coordination principles.
- Experience managing external technical partnerships and integrations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to context-switch effectively.
- Technical curiosity and the ability to understand complex technical concepts.
