- Lead and manage complex engineering programs, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and execute program plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Track program progress and report on key metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex technical projects.
