Technical Program Manager Embedded Software - BBPOS Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex embedded software development projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and QA.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, focusing on embedded software.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and the software development lifecycle.
• Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
