Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of ECU development projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including hardware, software, and systems engineers.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Implement and manage Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project execution.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status and updates to senior management and clients.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of embedded systems and ECU development processes.
- Proficiency in project management tools and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
