Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical programs from conception to delivery.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, ensuring alignment and efficient execution.
- Manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate program status, progress, and key decisions to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in AI, ML, or robotics.
- Strong understanding of Agile and other project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
