Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Drive the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies to optimize development processes.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and roadblocks to ensure successful execution.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders across the organization.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management practices and tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role managing complex software development projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cybersecurity principles.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with AI-powered technologies and their application in security is a plus.
