Seeking a Technical Program Manager to oversee digital initiatives for a space infrastructure company. This role involves managing complex projects, driving technical strategy, and ensuring successful deployment of advanced communication systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs from initiation to completion, focusing on digital infrastructure and satellite communication systems.
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, ensuring alignment and effective communication across engineering, operations, and product teams.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, proactively addressing challenges to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies, leveraging Agile principles.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably within the aerospace, telecommunications, or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital systems, cloud computing, and modern software development lifecycles.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile and/or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
