Technical Program Manager, Data Center Operations - fluidstack

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex technical programs related to data center operations and infrastructure development.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of data center build-outs and operational improvements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, hardware, and operations to ensure project success.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and track program progress against timelines and budgets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within data center operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program management, specifically within data center environments.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, hardware, and networking principles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
