About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end‑to‑end construction of data center network infrastructure, including fiber optic cabling, cable trays, and rack systems.
- Manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for multi‑site deployments.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams—engineering, operations, procurement, and safety—to ensure compliance with technical and regulatory standards.
- Drive risk mitigation, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives across all construction phases.
- Communicate progress, milestones, and performance metrics to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of project or construction management experience in network infrastructure.
- 10+ years in telecommunications, low‑voltage, fiber‑optic, or critical systems construction.
- 5+ years of program management experience with cross‑functional teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
