Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the end-to-end design process for large-scale data centers.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including electrical, mechanical, and civil engineers.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Oversee vendor selection and manage relationships with external partners and contractors.
- Ensure designs meet performance, reliability, and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement in data center design and construction methodologies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in program management within the data center or infrastructure sector.
- Strong understanding of data center design principles, including electrical, mechanical, and cooling systems.
- Experience with construction management and project lifecycle from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
