Key Responsibilities

• Lead a large, mission-critical network modernization program supporting over 5,500 field sites, multiple data centers, and 175,000+ users.
• Own the full program lifecycle, including strategy, planning, execution, financial management, and risk/issue management.
• Manage stakeholder communication and oversee the transition to operations for engineering and architecture initiatives.
• Design, build, and maintain a cloud infrastructure with a strong emphasis on network security.
• Support the organization's technology and business objectives through effective program execution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program management, particularly in network modernization.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure design and implementation.
• Strong understanding of network security principles and practices.
• Excellent financial management, risk management, and communication skills.
