Product Manager
Seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive technical product development, structure engineering initiatives, and act as a central interface. This role offers a 30-hour work week, 30 vacation days, and 100% remote flexibility.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical programs from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Structure and drive technical initiatives within the engineering and product development teams.
- Serve as a central point of contact and communication between various technical teams and stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Apply deep engineering understanding to guide technical decision-making and problem-solving.
- Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and technologies is a plus.
