Technical Program Manager, Compute - Anthropic

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of programs related to Anthropic's compute infrastructure.
• Ensure the efficient and reliable operation of AI compute systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, research, and operations teams to define program scope and objectives.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage dependencies, and track progress against milestones.
• Facilitate communication and alignment across various stakeholder groups.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of compute infrastructure processes and workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical program management, particularly in infrastructure or cloud computing environments.
• Strong understanding of project planning, execution, and risk management.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineers and researchers.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
