Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in defense or aerospace.
- Strong understanding of communications systems and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) technologies.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in defense systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
