About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs related to cloud, infrastructure, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Develop and implement program governance frameworks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Effectively manage stakeholders across various technical and business units.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and methodologies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in technical program management, with at least 5 years in IT software program management.
- Proven experience with cloud technologies, infrastructure management, and SRE principles.
- Strong understanding of DevOps practices and their application in program delivery.
- Demonstrated ability in program governance, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
