Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs within cloud security and privileged access management.
- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Drive execution of programs using Agile methodologies, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across engineering, product, and security teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in cloud security or SaaS.
- Strong understanding of privileged access management (PAM) concepts and solutions.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
