Technical Program Manager Bioinformatics Projects - Form Bio

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex bioinformatics projects from initiation to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including scientists and engineers.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects aligned with scientific goals and business objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role, with a focus on bioinformatics.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Ability to effectively manage stakeholders and communicate technical information to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field.
