Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering teams, product management, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
- Drive the adoption and adherence to Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to project teams.
- Effectively communicate program status, risks, and issues to senior management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
