About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of complex technical programs and projects within the LATAM region.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and other cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to optimize project workflows and team performance.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Drive technical discussions and provide guidance to project teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in cloud computing or storage solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
