- Apply a holistic project management approach tailored to various project sizes and complexities.
- Engage directly with customers, acting as a key point of contact and relationship manager.
- Contribute significantly to the company's growth strategy within the autonomous robotics defense market.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives and milestones.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar project leadership role.
- Strong understanding of hardware and software development lifecycles.
- Experience with Agile or other project management methodologies.
- Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
