About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex technical programs from initiation to completion, focusing on Physical AI and robotics development.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and research teams to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Implement and refine agile methodologies to ensure efficient and timely project execution.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership.
- Identify and mitigate program risks and dependencies, ensuring successful product launches.
- Drive continuous improvement in program management processes and team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in robotics or AI-related fields.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable plans and communicate them effectively.
- Experience working with hardware and software integration projects is a plus.
