Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of complex ASIC/SoC development programs from concept to production.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate cross-functional team communication and collaboration, resolving conflicts and removing roadblocks.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality ASIC/SoC products.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager in the semiconductor industry, specifically with ASIC/SoC development.
- Strong understanding of the ASIC/SoC design and verification lifecycle.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
