- Lead and manage technical programs from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and security teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to optimize development processes and team efficiency.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Drive cross-functional communication and stakeholder management to ensure project success.
- Contribute to the enhancement of security tools and platforms to improve risk reduction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in a security or software development context.
- Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with risk management frameworks and processes.
- Familiarity with cloud security principles and common security tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
