About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager (TPM) with experience in the IT industry—ideally working with or for major technology vendors and infrastructure providers. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of hardware solutions and a foundational understanding of infrastructure data center build projects , including how engineering, construction, operations, and IT come together to deliver complex systems.

In this role, you will partner closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, construction, operations, IT, and commercial organizations to drive clarity, alignment, and momentum across highly technical and interdependent workstreams. You will serve as the connective tissue between disciplines—building trust, ensuring all stakeholders understand their roles, and driving a unified vision for program success.

This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution . You will help implement scalable processes and systems while also being comfortable rolling up your sleeves to establish baseline workflows, often using short-term manual approaches before automation or tooling is implemented.
