About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of architectural elements for Dexterity's robotics systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams (software, hardware, AI/ML) to define and refine system architecture.
- Manage cross-functional dependencies and ensure alignment across different technical domains.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies throughout the program lifecycle.
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of program management processes and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably in robotics or complex hardware/software systems.
- Strong understanding of system architecture principles and software development lifecycles.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse technical teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
