Key Responsibilities

- Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and progress.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues proactively.
- Report on program status, key metrics, and potential challenges to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and expectation setting.
