Product Manager
Lead cross‑functional AI transformation programs, coordinating data, risk, and engineering teams to deliver scalable machine‑learning solutions on AWS while driving agile execution and stakeholder alignment.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI initiatives, defining scope, timelines, and success metrics across data, risk, and engineering squads.
- Translate business objectives into technical roadmaps, prioritizing machine‑learning model development, data pipelines, and cloud infrastructure.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure rapid, iterative delivery and continuous improvement.
- Manage cross‑functional stakeholder communication, providing status updates, risk mitigation plans, and executive reporting.
- Coordinate with data scientists, engineers, and product owners to integrate AI models into production environments on AWS.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or product management experience in AI/ML or data‑intensive technology environments.
- Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in Python, data engineering, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Proven ability to lead large, multi‑disciplinary teams using Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
