About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and drive the roadmap for AI software projects, aligning cross‑functional teams on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Coordinate development of AI algorithms, inference engines, and training frameworks, ensuring integration with custom hardware accelerators.
- Lead performance benchmarking efforts, analyze results, and guide optimization strategies for AI workloads.
- Facilitate communication between engineering, product, and research groups, translating technical requirements into actionable plans.
- Manage risk, track progress, and report status to senior leadership, adjusting plans as needed to meet milestones.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in AI/ML or high‑performance computing environments.
- Strong technical background in AI algorithms, machine learning pipelines, and hardware acceleration (e.g., GPUs, ASICs, FPGAs).
- Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver complex software projects on schedule.
- Experience with performance benchmarking, profiling tools, and optimization of AI workloads.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
