About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of AI and Machine Learning initiatives from conception to deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define project scope and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project plans, roadmaps, and timelines, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Facilitate communication and stakeholder management across various levels of the organization.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Drive adoption of best practices in AI development and program management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager, with a focus on AI or Machine Learning projects.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, methodologies, and tools.
- Proficiency in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and software development lifecycle.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
