Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of program management experience, preferably in AI/ML environments.
- Proven track record of leading Agile transformations and coaching less mature teams.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem‑solving skills.
