Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high-impact programs across AI Platform and Data Systems teams.
- Own strategic initiatives from CIO leadership, including AI governance and data foundation development.
- Define and implement structured processes for program execution and tracking.
- Drive valuable outcomes and ensure executive stakeholders are aligned and informed.
- Manage new agent and platform rollouts from inception to completion.
- Foster collaboration between engineering teams and leadership for successful program delivery.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Technical Program Management, particularly in AI and Data Systems.
- Strong understanding of AI governance, data foundations, and analytics.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and define processes where none exist.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging executive leadership.
- Familiarity with cloud computing environments and agile methodologies.
