Product Manager
Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to oversee complex software development projects. This role requires strong Agile and Scrum expertise, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and mitigate risks.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of complex software development programs from initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum principles.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to all levels of the organization.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in software development lifecycle and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
