Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage technical programs from initiation to completion, focusing on AI-driven software development.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among engineering, product, and design teams.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of software products.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience managing complex technical projects, preferably in AI or related fields.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
