About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑impact technology programs across multiple departments, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Partner with technology and digital leaders to define scope, milestones, and success metrics, and maintain transparent progress reporting.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate technical and operational risks, implementing contingency plans to keep projects on schedule.
- Manage program budgets, track financial performance, and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
- Facilitate cross‑team coordination, including engineering, product, and operations, to remove blockers and accelerate delivery.
- Leverage cloud and data analytics tools to monitor program health and provide data‑driven insights to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing complex technical programs in a fast‑paced, multi‑team environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, risk management, and financial stewardship of large‑scale initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and drive consensus.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data analytics tools for program tracking.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
