Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
• Define program scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration and communication to ensure alignment and timely execution.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and dependencies.
• Track program performance and report on key metrics to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
