Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the execution of complex technical programs and projects from initiation to completion.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate and drive cross-functional team collaboration, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
- Manage project timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.
- Implement and refine Agile methodologies to optimize development processes and team performance.
- Communicate project status, key milestones, and potential issues to stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
