About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define, plan, and execute multi‑year AI/ML roadmaps, aligning technical deliverables with business objectives.
- Lead cross‑functional teams of engineers, researchers, and product managers, fostering collaboration and removing blockers.
- Implement Agile processes, track milestones, and report progress to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Establish and scale technical governance, risk management, and quality standards for AI projects.
- Mentor and grow a high‑performing technical program management team, hiring and developing talent as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of technical program management experience, with at least 7 years in leadership roles.
- Proven track record delivering AI or Machine Learning programs at scale.
- Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS), and large‑scale system integration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision‑making skills.
