Requirements
- Proven experience in technical program management, preferably within the blockchain or Web3 industry.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and ecosystem development principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex technical projects from conception to completion.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with or a strong interest in the Avalanche platform is a plus.
