Lead the integrated program plan for Terafab, a cutting‑edge semiconductor fab, driving schedule, risk, and cross‑disciplinary execution to deliver a high‑density, rapid‑iteration facility.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end program plan and schedule for Terafab, setting milestones and critical path enablers.
- Analyze change impacts, quantify risks, and develop mitigation strategies across logic, memory, packaging, test, and lithography domains.
- Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and supply‑chain teams to align technical requirements and resource commitments.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes to maximize compute density and throughput.
- Communicate progress, issues, and decisions to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of program or project management experience in semiconductor or high‑technology manufacturing.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑disciplinary projects on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and risk‑management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and data‑driven decision making.
