Support and resolve complex technical issues for Infor HR Talent’s web‑based platforms and APIs, driving customer satisfaction and system reliability while deepening product expertise.
About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues across web‑based HR Talent platforms and associated APIs.
- Lead cross‑functional troubleshooting sessions with engineering, product, and customer success teams.
- Document root causes, create knowledge base articles, and share best practices to improve support efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers to provide feedback on feature enhancements and bug fixes.
- Monitor system health, proactively identify potential reliability risks, and recommend preventive actions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of technical support or engineering experience in SaaS or web‑based environments.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and web technologies (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
- Experience troubleshooting HR or talent‑management systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple teams.
