About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and customer success teams to define product requirements and roadmap for AEC solutions.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for clients, providing expert guidance on product capabilities and best practices.
- Analyze usage data and market trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and new feature development.
- Develop and deliver product training, demos, and technical documentation for internal teams and external partners.
- Participate in cross‑functional project teams, ensuring timely delivery of product releases and updates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management or technical support within the AEC or related software industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural, engineering, and construction workflows and the associated software tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL) and experience using product analytics platforms.
- Self‑motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
