About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product roadmap for Voice AI solutions, focusing on patient and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Analyze market trends and user feedback to identify new opportunities for AI-driven features.
- Ensure successful integration of Voice AI capabilities with existing platforms and services.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Product Owner, preferably in a technical domain.
- Strong understanding of Voice AI technologies, including natural language processing (NLP) and speech recognition.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
