About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for wealth‑management platforms, translating business goals into technical specifications.
- Lead cross‑functional Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and engineers to design, develop, and integrate APIs and cloud‑based services.
- Prioritize features based on value, risk, and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with financial‑services standards.
- Monitor product performance, gather user feedback, and drive continuous improvement through data‑driven decisions.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience delivering technical products in financial services, preferably wealth management.
- Proven expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and product ownership practices.
- Strong understanding of API design, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and data integration.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
