About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Define and prioritize the product backlog for ServiceNow IRM solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team.
- Drive continuous improvement of the ServiceNow IRM platform.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow, particularly in the IRM module.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum framework.
- Experience with product management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
